All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise and shipped via USPS. All orders will receive an email notification of shipment with a tracking number for your records.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. You will receive an email notification of shipment with a tracking number, however once the package is turned over to the local shipping carrier the shipment may no longer be trackable.
Balmyard Beauty is not responsible for additional duties or taxes your country may require.
Please note that international shipments can take up to 4 weeks for delivery as all packages must go through local customs. We unfortunately have no control over how long each local customs office will take to process the package or any holds or delays.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our line, we do not accept returns. We can offer a credit or replacement for certain special cases. Please email email@example.com should you have an issue or concern and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
We do not accept responsibility for any shipping costs on returns or exchanges, nor responsibility for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery to Balmyard Beauty.
Balmyard Beauty is 100% cruelty free. Product testing is done by family, friends and lovers. We do not test on animals.
All products are all natural and handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. This means that they may have slight variations from batch to batch (slight change in color for example). This is normal.
